Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Hero Bills, who has taken his lumps against the Jets defense in recent years, had an excellent job of managing this game. He completed 19 of 25 throws for 215 yards, two touchdowns, and no turnovers.
Unsung hero
Allen Lazard, who had been criticized for missing a few passes this season, had his finest game as a Jet, collecting six passes for 114 yards,
Including an incredible catch of an Aaron Rodgers Hail Mary for a touchdown on the final play of the first half. Despite the fact that the Jets were defeated, Lazard had his greatest game as a Jet.
Zero
Greg Zuerlein, the kicker for the Jets, missed two short field goals in the second half that would have given the Jets the lead.
The first of these was a field goal from 32 yards out late in the third quarter, and the second was from 43 yards out at the middle of the fourth quarter.
