The General Manager of GhoneTV, Nana Aba Anamoah has written an open letter to the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta urging him to step down.

At the back of current hardship in Ghana with the cedi depreciating against the Us Dollar every minute, Nana Aba says it’s prudent that the Finance Minister takes a bow.

According to Miss Anamoah, Mr Ofori-Atta has failed woefully as the Head of the Country’s Finance Team which is the focal point of every activity in the country.

She cited the incompetence of the Minister that led to depreciation of the cedi and higher rate of inflation during his tenure as the reasons why he must resign.

Nana Aba said the Minister failed to make good his promises at the National Forum on the economy in 2017.

Six years after the forum, your promise to work tiredlessly to ensure all Ghanaian businesses flourish failed to materialize she said.
